Rohit Parmar
Director & CFO
An engineer and management graduate and industry veteran with rich experience of more than 28 years in manufacturing sector in Organic & Inorganic chemicals, Pharma intermediates, Non Ferrous Metal & Minerals, Fertilizers & Detergents, and Fiber Reinforced Engineering Plastic. He has been chief architect and strategist behind quantum growth of IPhL group. During his last assignment, he was part of senior management at Vedanta Limited, wherein he delivered immense value across Zinc, Aluminium & Copper business.
Rushil Arora

An aspiring young entrepreneur, educated overseas and leading from the front to drive the group to new heights especially with foray into new areas and also inculcating focussed efficient and motivating work culture.
Devendra Singh

A first generation entrepreneur with rich experience of 20 years in manufacturing of fertilizer and chemicals. He has been instrumental in growth of Fertilizer & Chemical manufacturing business of the group.
Sudheer Relan

Mr. Sudheer Relan is a marketing professional with over 42 years of experience in strategic marketing, supply chain, operations, project management, and business growth. He has contributed significantly to strengthening a leading fertilizer trading company, managing 7.5–8 million tonnes annually through 6,000+ dealers and retailers. His expertise also spans business diversification, including sugar, dairy, ethanol, and cattle feed projects.
Purushottam Dass Siwal

An engineer & Law Graduate from Delhi University, having more than 34 years of experience in different facets of the Power Sector through various assignments in the Ministry of Power, the Central Electricity Authority, North Eastern Regional Power Committee and the Department of Atomic Energy, Member (Thermal), Central Electricity Authority & Ex Officio Additional Secretary to Government of India. Also rendered services as Special Metropolitan Magistrate, New Delhi.

He specializes in Company Law, SEBI LODR regulations and FEMA, including incorporation of companies and LLPs, secretarial audits, mergers, demergers, acquisitions and liquidation. He has extensive experience in setting up subsidiaries and joint ventures, foreign company operations, and conducting shareholder and creditor meetings.
